  3. I think the fickle weather is because of all those angels: they are arguing over Bernini and Borromini.

I think, for me, Castel Saint Angelo is becoming the primary icon for Roma. I want to go inside next time.

  7. I've passed by Castel Sant'Angelo several times but have never actually visited it yet. Lovely angels.

  8. Bellissimo taglio e poi... Castel Sant'Angelo... (i puntini sono altrettanti sospiri di fronte all'eterna bellezza)

  9. Loree~
Sometimes we locals take monuments for granted; had it not been for a film I shot there a few years back, I never would have been inside either... (cough)

  10. And within, Tosca murders Scarpia. Puccini knew good from evil.

  11. ...and she then hurls herself in the Tiber, below. Puccini knew about climactic endings too. Ciao Bob, thanks for stopping by.

  12. I promise I won't kill anyone and hurl myself into the Tiber if I can see inside! Oh, hell, I'll settle for being outside again. That walk across the bridge is really impressive.

  13. If I get inside, I promise not to murder anyone or hurl myself into the river.

We can tell when you are busy working, Eleonora, when you don't have time to post new photos. I hope you are getting rich on your talents!
